It is a voyage of discovery and a journey of transformation to a new, and better you.

3 finalists will be selected from each award category for the auditions on 29 September 2019 (Saturday). Winners will be announced at the finals in October.

PERFORMANCE
One who has committed to train and completed a sport or physical event with an increase in performance
CATEGORY WINNER:
$1,000 CASH PRIZE

STRONG
One who has gained overall strength or increased muscle mass in his/her body composition
CATEGORY WINNER:
$1,000 CASH PRIZE

PEOPLE’S CHOICE AWARD
One who is a crowd favourite and earned the highest number of votes
